  I've seen a few of you who are having truble getting to the game. I have the same problem on occasion, where the patch page only shows the c-store and promo goodies, but fails to auto-patch. As long as there is no patch in progress, I usually just close the patch page and log back in; this brings up the blue button in the bottom right that either says "Cancel" if the game is patching, or "Engage" if it's done. Basically, click the button once it says "Engage" to play, re-open the the game if there is no button. Hope that's helpful, and good luck.

  i miss the older games where you install and then could play not have to deal with patches

  I don't mind the patches. My internet isnt very good but they don't take too long and it shows the creators care and take time to refine the Star Trek world. As im only just at the speed required to play this game I doubt if patches took hours to upload you would be able to play at all.

  its because i have logged in but on the patching page and gosh wait ed six hours for all this to download and now still waiting i havent even created a character somone help me bc this patch is so longggg.

  I'm SOO LOST! Ok, I've created my account on NWE, and then downloaded it..Ok, after it downloaded and installed, It launched. I see ASBOSLUTELY NOTHING on how to start!!!! It just shows "Episode 6" "Visit The C-Store" And It shows a few different things that's new and you can now buy. I've been to the NWE Website and read and read everything I can, and there isn't a thing on how to get started..HOW IN THE WORLD OR WHERE IN THE WORLD DO I START? I see some of you people talking about having problems creating your characters, I can't even get to that point. Can somebody PLEASE HELP ME? I'd be SOO GREATFUL!! I LOVE Star Trek, and finding this Website where I can emmerse myself in the world of ST is so freaking awesome..I JUST CAN'T GET GOING and it's driving me insane!!! :'(

  Its not even letting me create a character at all. it keeps telling me failed to create character and then signs me out.

  I cannot be able to complete the creation process for a new character unless I do it extremely quickly (no time for customizations) because it automatically logs me out. (I think maybe because it doesn't register it as activity, so it boots me?) Also, I do kind of dislike the insane dilithium cost for some of the fleet projects. 200,000 dilithium is a lot for some of the aesthetic upgrades. I'm in a rather large fleet, and it still usually takes us a long while to fill up the contribution req's for a lot of these upgrades. The time it takes to fill them up, though, is not nearly as bad as how much of your own things you have to give up for it. It's slightly annoying. Also, the exchange is glitching like crazy, ever since S6 launch. Multiple glitches found, the most notable being that the search filters do not work properly. I'd say the exhange needs a full diagnostic done. Also, if someone could please set up an intro message to be displayed to anyone who goes into crystalline entity on just how exactly to attack that thing? So far it's tricked everyone and it keeps healing way too fast... Or maybe just redesign the Crystalline entity itself to not be so broken-powerful. Other than that, I've only seen minor glitches that are being handled pretty well. I like the new fleet layout, and the new PvE material is a lot of fun. I look forward to the day when I can secure myself a tholian orb weaver. I'm still a dedicated player. A little note to put in the suggestion box. Maybe your marketing department could set up something of an optional monthly "subscription" of sorts that gives zen credits instead of applying it to membership. Kind of like a monthly zen allowance, with maybe a 20% zen bonus for consecutive monthly payments. I dunno, food for though. Peace and long life.

  Why are there planets in the background on the holodeck or tribble there are no planets just space. Don't you hate when cryptic overdo things that aren't even in the game. Like this for example, and the Euro trailer which look nothing like STO. And whatever happen to the Galaxy Pack. This is why I quit the game to much bull!!!
