One Too Many

The Foundry for Star Trek Online gives players a chance to create and share their very own stories with the world. These Spotlight Missions were designed by members of the Star Trek Online community and are great playable examples of what you, too, can add to the Star Trek Online universe.
This week’s spotlighted mission is "One Too Many" by XR-377.
Faction: Federation
Level Requirement: 41+
Mission Summary: The daughter of "Reg" Barclay is working on Earth Spacedock tracking down a system's bug in the Station's Network. But, as can be expected, she has a problem one too many…
''One Too Many'' was also the mission that won Foundry Challenge #3.
To play this Foundry mission, log onto a Federation character, open your Mission Journal (J), choose the 'Available' tab from the top, and then click on the 'Community Authored' tab to the left. Once in this menu, click the arrow at the top to bring down the search function and search for "XR-377". Once the mission "One Too Many" by XR-377 appears, click on it and press the 'Hail' button on the bottom-right of the Mission Journal to accept the mission.

Ah, I love thiis mission. And Foundry Author. And Amanda, to the point that I kinda made one of my boffs into her.

Is this how she'll forever be known? As Barclay's daughter?! 8D That said, it would be hard to top a OCD father who got his brain blown up so big he could bring the Enterprise into the center of the galaxy. :p

This is a great mission. The prequel, A Will and a Barclay, is the funniest mission in the Foundry. Play them both.

I liked the possibility of choosing your enemy in the middle of the mission ;-)

married* Ugh, why can't we edit this stuff?

Sounds good - off to play it now; but I have to ask. Reg Barclay has a DAUGHTER? Now I know I'm a bloke, but would you really go for REG?
hevach
Probably married that minor female character who was introduced and given a backstory for the sole purpose of spilling coffee on Captain Picard and never speaking another line of dialog again.

Actually, hevach, he maried Maria Gilmore, one of the 5 surviving Equinox crewmembers. Play the prequel, A Will and a Barclay, and/or (depending on possibilities, it's been a while and I don't remember where she is identified as Amanda's mother) read more carefully during One Too Many. I'm planning on using the character in my next mission, but that's been delayed until the Foundry NPC/object/costume display UI has been reverted/fixed/whatever, either as an option for people who want it or as a forced change. In other words, considering I've posted over half a dozen posts on the topic without a single reply, it's been delayed indefinitely. :(
