  game won't connect to the login screen. says to trouble shoot my internet connection :( obviously I have a connection since i am typing here... is there a fix or explanation coming?

  ok, hope this helps u some, i live in texas and cannot get into game or into website, but a fleet mate who is from oklahoma just 3 hrs away can log into both. hope this gives you an idea as to whats going on

  it's not working for me either...i guess it'll be a week b4 i play again,because it takes them 4ever to fix things like this. they should've had a hot fix on standby just in case this would happen

  I would like to login but it is telling me that "STAR TREK ONLINE IS CURRENTLY DOWN. PLEASE TRY BACK LATER". Which is totally BS since I am playing the game and on the website at the sametime. Please for the love of the Gods fix it.

  having issue, everytime i log in i get my tribble test server chars, how do i get to holodeck server characters? sounds neat tho, just not interested in tribble stuff, its live (on holo) right?

  This works a lot better on my iPad. On my PC, it never gets past the login screen - just timesout. On the iPad, I login to my account through Safari Browser. Would like to see abilities to interact with live game info to load DOff assignments, change Ship configurations w/items in inventory and set BOff assignments for Ship. The static info is neat to look at, but it's like a joke that's funny once. I look foward to seeing actual functionality built into this.

  Takes forever to load, and then when it does, I get about two mouse clicks, and then the screen changes with a "Undergoing Maintenance" message. This has happened each and everytime I have tried since Gateway (Beta) has come out.

  That is very cool, i like it very much, maybe you could add some sound effect when you tap things, it would make it look more like a PADD ;)

  Yea, you shoul be able to omplete duty officer assignments. Also maybe you could look at the fleet your in too. like the starbase, embasy, and roster list.

  I love this concept but I agree with the other comments. This will be great if in game things like duty officer assignments and being able to send and receive mail were added. Hope to see it added soon.

  is this new gateway thing the reason why i cant log into the game now? the updater just fails every time i try to log in. has been doing that for a few days now

  I hope that this will be a program you can download to your device or pc, rather than be an web page application. Still i like the notion behind and like the idea of doing some sneaky trekking while at work loll

  It would be perfect if it was an app for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. Already tried using it on my iPad and pinned a copy of it to my Home screen but that didn't workout the way it should because it wants me to register my iPad's browser again which is actually really stupid to do when it's already been registered. Also the ability to access the game and play it would be good for the tablet PC platform or iPads, iPhones and for iPod Touch! This really needs to be worked on and have more thought put into how it works!
