How's the KDF? Still unfinished and a Joke?
kcthreeauq @ Feb 11th, 2013 6:08PM
any one having trubles with the ships awarded for alt. time line anavericry mission?
the1skate @ Feb 11th, 2013 5:14AM
4 Billion Tribbles? Think of the hundreds of millions, perhaps even billions dumped out of air locks too. No wonder the Klingons tried to exterminate them.
fr8monkey @ Feb 9th, 2013 5:31PM
That is a lot of tribbles...
nimbull
About 400 tribbles per star ship, I'm assuming that includes KDF ships. Be interesting to see the ratio of Fed and KDF ships in that break down.
delvik @ Feb 9th, 2013 12:51PM
Oh wow! Very cool indeed. Thanks for sharing all these interesting stats.
sekitoba7 @ Feb 9th, 2013 2:30AM
These are impressive achievements and what you have accomplished is no small feat. I respect you for the joy you have brought to so many people, and the commitment you have shown to making the game better year by year.
sweetloverdotapl
yeah
argonian39 @ Feb 8th, 2013 6:37PM
This would make a cool poster
guardstarr @ Feb 7th, 2013 8:37AM
Thank you so much for providing us fans a fun, immersive and unique experience in the Star Trek universe. I find the game very enjoyable and a great diversion from day to day life. Those stats are very impressive. I am sure they will continue to climb. The main thing this game is for is FUN. So sit back relax and boldly go. This is our little slice of make believe. No reason to stress, accuse or get worked up over it. It's all for FUN! Thank you STO for a great game, a happy diversion and the ability to star in my very own Star Trek Series.
phudson2106 @ Feb 6th, 2013 12:17PM
Number of Mac users who can't play the game - 1000s

thats what you get when you buy a specialist machine......windows is great for all-around use
bludagger @ Feb 6th, 2013 5:48AM
hmm nice stats... but, compared to what? I will say they are worth something IF and WHEN you show a comparison from year 1, year 2 and now. THEN they might mean something. otherwise its a PR attempt only.
elderbro @ Feb 6th, 2013 12:34AM
Happy to see a wonderful thriving community with such diverse opinions towards the devs. Whether one agrees or disagrees with the decisions of the past, I think we can all agree that Cryptic has instigated the genesis of something very special, here. Thanks for the three years and am looking forward to the continuation....
zebular @ Feb 4th, 2013 8:57PM
Love this. Thanks!
jstagg @ Feb 4th, 2013 1:55PM
Could this be sold as a poster??
pokinatchapunx @ Feb 4th, 2013 11:22AM
Congratulations STO team. You guys have worked hard to keep this game alive.
aierwon @ Feb 4th, 2013 11:18AM
I have what is perhaps a stupid question to all those bashing the numbers... Regardless of the veracity of their claims, I sense a lot of general dislike if not outright hostility towards the game providers, so my question is... If this game and those that develope/host it is so bad, why are you here?
mkilczewski
Because Star Trek Excalibur isn't "done" yet.
qqqqii @ Feb 3rd, 2013 11:24AM
Two million Captains does not mean two million players. It means... wait for it... two million CAPTAINS. Yes ship captains. Like, characters. I think I will name my next Chief Medical Officer "Dr Spinn".
asardetemplari @ Feb 3rd, 2013 7:37AM
To the KDF players whining: Get over it. You are Klingon warriors of a proud and prestigious Empire! Did Kahless whine when he defeated Molor with a bat'leth fresh out of a volcano? No! So, in human terms, suck it up or I will consign you to the targ pits.
korosa @ Feb 2nd, 2013 4:43PM
Happy Anniversary STO!!
howiebabey82 @ Feb 2nd, 2013 2:50PM

mewi @ Feb 2nd, 2013 1:43PM
Holy PR propaganda batman! Fox News approves.
marielang @ Feb 2nd, 2013 12:59AM
Wow I knew sto was big but 2 million wow! I began playing mid 2011 and when I happend to have an unexpected winfall at the same time as lifetime subscription sale. I jumped at the chance and though there have been changes I didn't like and still don't (I have been an extremly vocal critic) I love this game and it is still the only MMO that I play. So congrats on 3rd year. I look forward to many more.
sachang67 @ Feb 2nd, 2013 12:37AM
I remember when I beta tested STO in October and I knew then that Star Trek Online would be the best MMORPG game ever made. Happy Anniversary Cryptic keep up the good work. Hope many years to come of success. Eventually the Klingon Defense Force will be up to par with the Federation. Awesome game.
nenejr1 @ Feb 2nd, 2013 12:32AM
And he piled upon the whale's white hump, the sum of all the rage and hate felt by his whole race. If his chest had been a cannon, he would have shot his heart upon it. Captain Jean-Luc Picard Quoting "Moby Dick"
regnarokq1a @ Feb 1st, 2013 1:58PM
thankyou STO. I grew up with the original series( I am 61 years old) and have watched every episode of every series and every movie since. You guys have given us a chance to be part of startrek and I appreciate it greatly!!!!!!!!!!! disregard those who, when given mother's molk, complain about the size of the nipple.
bosley48
At 64 and having seen and enjoyed all the series (except "Enterprise") and most of the movies, I too have the Star Trek universe forever morphed into my DNA. I have seen what was a very personal fantasy world become something that has colored some of the gray bits of humanity. Now I have come across STO and have decided to take the plunge. I hope those of you who have gone before me can help an old old burned out hippy and semi-closeted trekker find his way in this online universe. That being said, can anyone help me to get quickly up to speed here? I hope so. My name online will be Morclief - and I will need all the newbie help I can get. I hope my life here will be exciting and rewarding. ---Morclief

Congrats Cryptic. Couldn't have been easy over the years, especially with the changes in management and pay models and all that. Don't quit though, even the people complaining only want the product to improve and prosper. So Hip Hip, Hooray. Computer....remove the plank.
robinphoenixx
That's retract plank, not remove plank number one
