After the patch I can no longer put bridge officers in 2 of the ships that I paid cash for. I get the message, no bridge officer candidates available, yet my list of officers is there. They are my main toons as well. This game is great to play, when it works like it should, but as of late, theres more mess ups than there are advancements in the patches.

funny how after 2 days in a row of "general server stability improvements" the exact opposite seems to be happening, all these freakin balloons create some massive lag on ESD, and then now for the 2nd time in less than 2 days I get the "server full" message and get thrown into a que, only saw that happen once before and now all the sudden its twice in 48 hours, and BOTH of these issues, the lag and the log in que, have come up AFTER the stability improvements, Im currently free to play, was thinking of getting a lifetime membership this week coming up....but since Ive been hearing that Gold members also have some of these same issues, not sure whats going on but I think STO has started to grow beyond the dev's and cryptics ability to meet the demand, if they dont get a handle on it now its going to spiral out of control FAST

After these "General server stability improvements." i have an issue with the Reputation System. Ich can choose onLy the "Old" Federation things in the Reputation-Shop but not the "New" things. This counts for Ground and Space. I hope u will fix this, and YES i hit Stage 5 on both Reputation Systems and YES i make the Mission for the Romulans and YEs i get my very Nice loot from both Reputation Systems...so why i can´t Choose the new things? PLS, fix this.Thank You.

This is now going on the fifth day that I have not been able to log on at all due to the launcher crashing the second I hit login. This does it on my laptop, my desktop machine and even my office computer. The game is completely inaccessible to me and it will not update anything. Yes, I have also downloaded the newest launcher file from the website, and its still not working.

can we please finally have a choice between EU1 server and EU2.... all i get constantly is "connecting to login server" followed by timeout... had enough of this... 60 odd times i kept launching the game to EU1 only to find that same message and timeout! :(

I use the time to refresh my drink, make a peanutbutter and jelly sandwich, use the litter box, and let my wife know I'm still alive. You can't complain that something is broken, then complain that they are fixing it.

I'm happy with this downtime. The game has done great over seasons 6 and 7 with little downtime. There was little downtime over the winter event and now its the anniversary the player numbers are huge. It's F2P remember folks. Thousands more players logging per hour than when the game was not F2P and it has done pretty good compared to year one. Bring on the maintenance I say and I do not expect them to take measures to sustain short and rare spikes in server traffic.

I am a monthly paying player. I expect the a reasonable amount of "downtime" for adding or fixing content, but the last week or so has been ridiculous. Im sure that I am not alone to feel like Ive been cheated a little. It would be nice to have you offer some type of compensation.Especially since this has occured during two "special events" (the Q 4-hr point bonus and the start of the 3rd Anniversary). I really feel that you don't care that we pay to play.

They don't owe you squat mate, these were bonus events that they didn't have to put on. I'm just glad that when the problems started within minutes they were trying to fix it. The shard was restarted yesterday which took a whole 30 mins.

They may simply be changing code that they can't really explain. So that the game runs better and not to take up time explaining things only developers would really understand.
