  Keep getting "We're sorry we are unable to complete the transaction at this time" message. nothing wrong with my card, never seen this before despite spending way too much on this game.

  Same here. I've tried over and over to buy but it won't let me. It just gives me the "We're sorry we are unable to complete the transaction at this time". Then it kicks me out. I'm trying to buy but you guys won't let me. FIX IT!

  I really like this game, and I would buy ZEN, but I don't use credit. I would use what I earn, not bludge off of other ppl's savings (and if you don't understand that, lol, well... recession and slavery to ya for your interest, and ce la vie). But prepaid cards are an option, but I won't bother trying to find em at 1 for 1. Absolutetly, no way. This is why I don't buy ZEN. I would love to support PWE - I love this community - but I cannot justify the cost, and credit is for schmucks hehe, and I'm no schmuck. ;) I mean, you know what the GFC was about, don't you all? "Credit". Hahahaha, so thank you very much you credit morons!!! Go earn your keep, you "fractional" parasites.

  Try a debit card. As long as you aren't typing in your PIN, it costs the same as cash. Or, lemme guess, you don't believe in banks, either?

  So many crybabies. No one owes you a sale on a game. Pay your bills if money is tight. Protect your credit card info if you got scammed before. But my bills are paid and my PayPal works fine.

  so this system makes poeple pay for zen which is used to buy the good stuff in the various stores unless you play like 100 hours a week. before you only paid $15 a month and you could get the cool things in a reasonable amount of time. nice way to boost profits

  I have been saven up my money to buy some stuff, but I've been waiting for a kdf ship cuz i dont have a fed. but i have been waiting so long that i have close to 600$ just hidden away... i might have to buy my gf a new computer now.   I play KDF pretty much exclusively, and PWO ignores us when it comes to releasing cool new c-point/ZEN ships. Thus, I have no incentive to buy ZEN. None at all. Good job, PWO. I would've dropped $50 bucks in an instant if i thought there would be something for me to spend it on for my KDF characters.(and doff packs, master keys, and bank slots arent something im gonna spend money on. Ships seal the deal. I've bought several already. TLDR - Make cool new ships for KDF and ill buy lots of ZEN.

  I've been watching these sales for awhile and it seems to me they come like clockwork, I have not been tracking this but it looks like whenever they have a big release in the C-store, a week or two later they have a ZEN sale. I suppose its so that anyone who is tempted by the offering in the C-store but holds out for whatever reason will be even more tempted to buy it while the impulse is still fresh. That is my conjecture.

  there are many people whom don't use the online services or credit cards and opt to buy the Perfect World Entertainment point cards powered by FastCard from a local store. These cards have Perfect World branding right on them and still they are not included in any of the Zen bonus opportunities. I've been with PWE since they opened their doors in north america with beta Perfect World. I've F2P'd many on the titles, but as a gamer refuse to enter my credit card or mailing info to gamer/gamer associated purchasing for my own online safety. but as a loyal fan / player / purchaser of points i get no bonus other than to keep spending if i want something ingame.

  Yeah, they did a card promo awhile back, but it wasn't the PWE branded ones... which was kind of odd, really.

  Get an online-identity, a special email-adress for your internet-activities. Oh, an credit cards are perfectly save, espcially when combined with paypal. Even if you get pawned off you always get your money back. In 2013 there is no excuse to not using a credit card anymore.

  @Uvirith Yes there is reason to not using a credit card online. Many of those sites you speak of, while they do say their security and privacy regulations guarentee that you will not be hacked or robbed, have had many reports recently that accounts are getting hacked with credit card numbers being used by people other than yourself. I was a victim to it, as were many others. I don't trust putting my credit card online anymore, and won't.

  Also, you can buy Steam cards at stores just like you can buy PWE cards. Then you could still avoid putting in your credit card info and still take advantage of a sale like this.

  Yeah I'm pissed off too, it's like when I buy steaks at the grocery store and they put them on sale a week later. When I demand the difference, they tell me to F*** off because aparently I'm a moron that doesnt understand that they cant cater to my needs and are nice enough to even offer the sale.
