  I wonder if the people who get the ship in a few tries are big spenders. My fleet members who got the ship do not spend that much money. I bought virtually all the Z store ships. Fleet members got the ship in less then 10 tries, I opened my 20th yesterday and nothing. I wonder if code reduces your chances based on percieved disposable income?

  in life people will always complain about anything and everything over the silliest of things ,this is a promo something you could win not guaranteed but the aim is to buy the doff pack for the doffs ignore everything else if you win something nice then that's a bonus. only thing i do agree with is people that own the jam jar dready carrier is the bull that says you need to own a bug before you can buy the pet bug hence pet bug to use on your dready this is why i chose to buy the recluse instead of the dready i will not spend any more on lock boxes when i already spent too much hard earned cash to get the 800 lobi i needed why should i pay more out . if your a klink your laughting you can buy the kil fi carrier and fit frigates on it does the same shit as the dready with bugs with the right set up you cant go wrong.and it works out a lot cheaper and easy to get your hands on.

  Star Trek Online is a double-edged sword. Fun to play, but, these "Giveaways" are designed ONLY to get your money. Spent $300 on a digital good that you may not even get, and not only that, but, does not even exist in the first place?? Have fun with paying for advancement. I'm gonna get everything the hard way. By playing. :P

  Opened 39 of them no ship. thats just wrong, my money is no longer yours Cryptic, 8 people in my fleet got their ships in less then 4 packs

  Why not make it so we can design our own ships according to level and ur original set-up ie if a person is a Tactical ,science ,engineer with a limit also on console amount for each thing ,I personally would love to see this happen , if your Star Fleet officer u design a Star Fleet ship ,if you are KDF you get to design a KDF ship etc etc .

  I'd REALLY like to know why I can no longer exchange dilithium for zen or vice versa, if not for that I might enjoy this event, could be a bug, but if they did shut down the exchange for this then I'm not going to be happy. Still not happy if it's a bug, but would be pissed then. Since trading Dilithium for Zen requires someone putting up Zen to get dilithium it just wouldn't make sense to cut off that flow.

  I think if perfectworld where to put the jemhadar hips in the c store it would result in almost everyone having one so the game would be saturated by these ships that are meant to be super uber rare so stop complaining if you spend $100 its a lottery, you don't complain if you don't win the real lottery do you? if you don't want to spend all your money on trying to get a digital ship which gives you little to none benefits in REAL LIFE then don't buy into it for f*ucks sake calm down

  You shouldn't have to spend $100 and reality is it's more like $150-$200. And the ships shouldn't be so over-powered either.. There is this thing called BALANCE many games do it right.. This is not one of them.

  I spent close to $300 trying to get the original JHAS. If you don't have the decency to give one to those who spent large amounts of money trying to get them when you gave them a 0.7% chance to drop why would i want to spend my money trying to get another?

  I'm LMAO at the players whining about spending hundreds of zen (dollars), or the EC equivalent on these reward and lock box schemes. Why should STO ever make these items available in the c-store for far less money than wallet warrior players are willing to spend on their lottery systems? The pseudo-randomized reward drops not only relieve silly players of lots of real money, but the very low odds ensure the game isn't (usually) saturated by these items and ships. This serves the dual purpose of generating revenues and keeping rare drops rare enough to sell more reward packs and boxes. Simple economics. So, while I do find it humorous to see wallet warriors bragging, or whining about what they did, or didn't get, I am also very thankful for their generous spending on a F2P game I enjoy!

  I'm never getting a epic Jem'hadar fighter bay! for my Dread Carrier there no logic behide placing 2 escorts in the hands of captain how already has a dread carrier what is the point paying out 200 mil ec - 500 mil ec for one ship just to have it drydocked! this ship never should have had anything to do with fighter bays on another ship. "As an added bonus for owners of a Jem’Hadar Attack Ship, there is a Hangar item available for use exclusively for the Jem’Hadar Dreadnought Carrier" really love see the mathical Odds... to get all 3 ships to gether... ill give you a hint its more then paying for a lifetime account! The fighter bay should have nothing to do with owning the Attackship how is that a bonus when attack ship is a stand alone ship??? Why can carrier form jemhadar lock boxs be like the Tholian boxs where! I would have paided lobi to get epic hanger bays 200 lobi for a bay would have been smarter...

  I would not waste my time. 300 bucks and still now ship so that I can have them on my dreadknott. They have it to just a select few will get the ship.

  ok how about something new for a change? the attack ship sucks not even worth the 200 Zen or the 4 million EC. how about we get something that atleast looks cool like I don't know maybe A Norway class ship. or something a little more uniqe. until then I am going to cancel my subscription till you add some better stuff.

  Has anyone taken the time to open one of these containers (and not found a reason to use it as a complete complaint against how the game is managed) and realized that there are Xindi in them packs? I may be wrong but this is the first time that I have noticed any Xindi anywhere in STO >.> If we can have Xindi doffs when will we be having some of them alien customization to create a Xindi of our own, or a Xindi species group altogether.

  Actually there was a Xindi ultra-rare duty officer before the reinforcement pack (not sure from where though). The duty officer is a purple energy weapons officer name Muaza Amman'sor which gave the subnuc ability which used to be very sought up after, before it was nerfed.

  I'm not a big fan of the Bug ship and the only reason that I'd have to Hunt one down is to unlock the Hanger Bugs for my Dread. That being said, I think that offering new ships and items VIA Duty Officer packs is a lot better than having to buy keys for Lock Boxes and that Cryptic should use this system going foward. I'm still not cool with the fact that the Hanger Bugs that can only be used with the Dreadnought Carrier need to be unlock by owning the Bug Ship and then still bought with Dilithium from the D-Store. Bonus my Backside!

  I can't believe people are having problems with this promotion. This is by far the best promotion in a long while. Not only do you get 15% off on the duty officer pack, you get a free green doff or better with the junior officer event. Plus you get a little prize and have a chance to either get 10 lobi or the ultimate prize, the bug ship. 8 doffs/with 10 lobi and 1 item for 233 zen vs 1 item /with 4-10lobi for 125 zen from lockboxes. And thx to this event, I finally got my bug ship, =). And I'm not a P2W player either.

  To thoes of you who complain about promotions like this and don't buy into them, the game has to make it's money somewhere so please stop complaining and maybe try ignoring these promotions. If you have spent and inordinate amount of money fishing for the bug ship, I understand the frustration but nobody forced you to do that to yourself. Take some responsibility for your own actions please. Also the fact that they won't post the odds of winning the ship should set off some warning bells. Personally I do gamble (nothing yet) but its a gamble, its fun to gamble but set a limit for yourself first and do not excede that.

  I have 3 Vice Admirals, one has a Jem'hadar Escort Carrier, the second one has the Jem'Hadar Dreadnaught Carrier, and it would be nice to have my primary Character aka my last VA to have the Attack Ship but I won't play this lottery. My bank account just won't handle it too well.

  I want the ship but I'll pass on this. I'd rather see the bug ship return in a lock box.
